Delivery

Once your order has been validated, an email is sent to you to follow the evolution of its status. For all orders placed before 4pm, shipping is generally carried out the same day as the order (working days), with some exceptions. You will automatically receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

We have chosen to offer our customers an Express Delivery service at home or at a relay point for all orders to Metropolitan France, the EU and Monaco. Express Delivery allows for next day delivery (working days) for France (D+2 to the EU, Corsica / Andorra) from the day of shipment. You can also choose Click & Collect in the Armenak shop of your choice (collection in 2 hours).

The service providers chosen for the delivery of your orders are Chronopost and Colissimo.

Delivery outside the EU is by Colissimo International. Delivery is made between 5 and 7 working days after the order has been sent.

For deliveries to a delivery point, you have a period of 14 days to collect your parcel from the shopkeeper. After this period, the delivery will be returned to our premises. You will have to pay the shipping costs in order to schedule a second delivery.

Since 1 January 2021, trade with Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland) is no longer considered as intra-European trade, but as trade outside the European Union.
As a result, new customs formalities as well as additional charges may apply to shipments to Great Britain. These charges are at your expense and range from 8 to 17% of the total price of the order. Once the order has been dispatched, the service providers in charge of dispatch will contact you directly if you have to pay customs fees.

Outside the EU, the delivery costs are 30 euros for a delivery in 5 to 7 days.

Return and refund online

If you wish to exchange or refund, you must resend the item ordered according to the conditions explained below or return it to one of our Armenak shops. For this purpose, you can use the return form to make your request. The shipping costs (if paid by the buyer) are not submitted to the refund and the return costs are to be paid by the buyer in accordance with article L. 121-20 of the consumer code. For all returns to the shop, please bring a copy of the original invoice. We will offer you a credit note to use in the shop, an exchange or a refund.

 

In the case of a cash on delivery return, the item(s) received by us are checked in our shops and the refund is made by bank transfer or via Paypal within 30 days. You have a 14 day cooling off period from the delivery of your order to make a return. All products must be returned in a box (new or recycled) to protect the box and its contents. This box must contain the product in its original box with all its accessories, the return form and a copy of the invoice, in its original conditions.

 

For any return of goods, you must first contact our customer service department either by telephone on 04 91 33 30 97, or by e-mail at contact@armenak.fr in order to receive a return form which will be sent to you by e-mail. This form must be filled in, printed and sent with the item(s) to be returned. In the case of a return for exchange, please specify by telephone or on the return form the product you wish to exchange. It will be sent as soon as we receive the return of your order in the shop.

However, incomplete, worn or damaged products are neither returned nor refunded. They will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Pick up in shop

For all orders placed on our online shop, Armenak offers you the possibility of collecting your order in a shop. To do this, you just need to specify the shop where you want to collect your order when you make your purchase on www.armenak.fr You will be contacted as soon as we receive your order in the shop. This service is available in all Armenak shops in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.

Contact details

Your contact information (email and phone number) may be used by third party companies or for marketing purposes to obtain your feedback on your shopping experience at www.armenak.fr or in shops and to keep you informed of company news. Your contact information may also be used to send you personalised product selections based on your behaviour on the www.armenak.fr website.

Payment in 2, 3 or 4 times

The information concerning your order paid with the 3xCB remote solution is the subject of automated data processing for which FIA-NET S.A. is responsible. The purpose of this automated data processing is to determine a level of insurance for a transaction and to fight against payment fraud and in particular against credit card fraud. FIA-NET S.A. and the retailer from whom you make your purchase are the recipients of the data relating to your order. The non-transmission of data related to your order prevents the completion and analysis of your transaction. The appearance of an unpaid order due to fraudulent use of a bank card or other means of payment will result in the registration of the order data associated with the unpaid order in a payment incident file implemented by FIA-NET S.A. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific processing.
