If the conditions are met, the discount will be applied automatically.

Armenak has set up a new service allowing you to order models from some of our suppliers (special orders), in order to provide you with a complete experience on our website.

Special orders include customized products, whether on order or not immediately available.
They are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged or converted into a store credit.
Some products may be out of stock but are being restocked.

A size guide by manufacturing origin (French, Italian, English, American) is available in each product sheet, in the "size guide".

We offer four delivery options:
- Express Home Delivery for orders in mainland France: next day delivery (working days), from the date of shipment.
- Express Delivery to a Pickup Point for orders in mainland France: next day delivery (working days), from the date of shipment.
- International Colissimo Delivery: for orders within the EU and outside the EU (delivery within 5 to 7 working days).
- In-store Pickup (Click & Collect): at our stores in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence – pickup in 2 hours, subject to availability.
Additional Information:
- For deliveries to pickup points, you have 14 days to collect your package. After this period, the package will be returned to us. You will then need to pay the shipping fees for a new delivery.
- Any order placed before 4pm (working days) is usually shipped the same day.
- In mainland France, Express Delivery allows receipt within 24 hours (working days).
- For Corsica, the delivery time is 3 working days.
- Internationally, expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days.

For non-EU countries, the delivery fee is 50€ for a 5 to 7 day delivery.
Since January 1st, 2021, exchanges with Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland) are no longer considered intra-European exchanges, but rather exchanges outside of the European Union. As a result, new customs formalities and additional tariffs may potentially apply to shipments destined for Great Britain. These charges are your responsibility and range between 8 and 17% of the total order price. Once the order is shipped, the shipping providers will contact you directly in case you need to pay customs fees.
We can deliver to your home or workplace.
If you would like to have your order delivered to your workplace, please make sure that someone will be there to receive it.
If your order has been returned to Armenak by one of our delivery partners, it may be due to the following reasons:
- After several attempts, our partner was unable to deliver the package to the specified address
- The delivery address is incomplete.
- The package was damaged in transit.
- The customer did not arrive at the pick-up point in time to collect the package.
Please contact us to schedule a second delivery.
If the delivery address initially provided by you is incorrect, you will need to pay for the new shipping fees.
If you are not present during the delivery of the package, the courier will try to leave the package in your mailbox or with a neighbor or the building's concierge.
If no one can retrieve the package, the courier will leave you a delivery note informing you on how to arrange for a new delivery or indicating the pick-up point where you can collect your package.
- Refund: If you wish to proceed with a refund, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery of your order to make your return.
- Exchange and credit: If you wish to proceed with an exchange or credit, you have a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery of your order to make your return. All products must be returned in a box (new or recycled) that protects the box and its contents. This box must contain the product in its original box and in original condition, i.e., new, with all accessories, the return form, and a copy of the invoice.
To generate the return form, you can go to your customer account on our website www.armenak.fr Go to "Order History," select the relevant order, and follow the instructions under the "Return" section.

However, incomplete products (box, accessories, travel pouches), worn, or damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund. They will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. Then, prepare your package and drop it off at the post office requesting a shipping label.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; in the case of an exchange, the shipping costs for the new product are covered by Armenak.

In the case of a cash on delivery return, the item(s) received by us are checked in our facilities. The refund will be processed within 30 days by bank transfer, Scalapay, or Paypal depending on the payment method chosen during your order.

Yes, you can definitely exchange or return your item directly in store. Here is the procedure:
Exchange in store:
Contact our customer service by email at [contact@armenak.fr] or by phone at [04 91 33 30 97].
We will inform you in which store the product you want to exchange is located, and we can set it aside in your name.
If needed, we can also transfer the item to the store of your choice so you can try it on and proceed with the exchange.
Refund or store credit:
If you prefer a refund or store credit, you can go to the store of your choice with your order.
The store will verify that the item is in good condition, then contact our web service to initiate the refund or issue the store credit.
You will then receive a confirmation email.
To make a Click & Collect withdrawal, simply place an order on our website and select the Click & Collect option in the store of your choice during the validation of your cart.
Once your order is received, our team will process it as soon as possible.
If the item is available at the selected store, it will be ready within a maximum of 2 hours. You will then receive a confirmation by phone or email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.
If the item is not immediately available at this store, we will organize an internal transfer from another store. This timeframe can vary from 1 to 3 business days depending on availability.
