Delivery and returns
Upon validation of your order, an email is sent to you to track its status. For any order placed before 4pm, shipping is usually done on the same day as the order (working days), unless otherwise specified. You will automatically receive the tracking number of your package by email.
We have chosen to offer our customers an Express Delivery service to home or a pickup point for all orders destined for Metropolitan France. Express Delivery allows for delivery on the next day (working days) from the day of shipment. J+3 for packages destined for Corsica. You also have the option to choose Click & Collect at the Armenak store of your choice (pickup in 2 hours).
If your order consists of multiple products, an additional delay will be added to the initial delivery in order to receive all the products at a shipping point.
The carriers chosen for the delivery of your orders are Chronopost and Colissimo.
EU and non-EU deliveries go through Colissimo International. Delivery is made between 5 to 7 working days after the order is shipped.
For deliveries to pickup points, you have a period of 14 days to retrieve your package from the merchant. After this period, the package will be returned to our premises. You will then have to pay the shipping costs for a second delivery to be scheduled.
Since January 1st, 2021, exchanges with Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding Northern Ireland) are no longer considered as intra-European exchanges, but as exchanges outside the European Union.
As a result, new customs formalities and additional charges may potentially apply to shipments destined for Great Britain. These costs are at your expense and range between 8 and 17% of the total order price. Once the order is dispatched, the carriers in charge of the shipments will contact you directly in case you need to pay customs fees.

For purchases under 350€

Outside the EU, delivery charges are 50 euros for delivery within 5 to 7 days.

EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND
If you wish to proceed with an exchange or refund, you must return the ordered item according to the conditions detailed below or return it to one of our Armenak stores. In this regard, you can use the return form to submit your request. Shipping costs (if borne by the buyer) are not eligible for reimbursement. For any in-store return, please bring a copy of the original invoice. We will offer you a store credit, an exchange, or a refund. Special orders are not eligible for refunds.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but in the case of an exchange, the new shipping costs are at the expense of Armenak.
In the case of a refund, the received item(s) are checked in our stores and the refund is made by bank transfer or via PayPal within 30 days. You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery of your order to make a return. Any product must be returned in a box (new or recycled) to protect the box and its contents. This box must contain the product in its original box with all accessories, the return form, and a copy of the invoice, in original condition, meaning new.
For any merchandise return, you must first contact our customer service either by phone at 04 91 33 30 97 or by email at contact@armenak.fr to receive a return form that will be sent to you by email. This form must be filled out, printed, and submitted with the item(s) to be returned. In the case of an exchange return, please specify by phone or on the return form the desired product for exchange. It will be shipped upon receipt of the return of your order previously made in-store.

However, incomplete, worn, or damaged products may incur costs to the buyer or, in certain cases, may not be returned or refunded. They will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
IN-STORE PICKUP
For any order placed on our online store, Armenak offers in-store pickup. To do so, simply specify the store where you wish to collect your order when making your purchase on www.armenak.fr. You will be contacted upon receipt of your order at the store. This service is available at all Armenak stores in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
COORDINATES
Your contact information (email and phone number) may be used by third-party companies or for commercial purposes in order to gather your feedback on your shopping experience on www.armenak.fr or in stores, as well as to keep you informed of the company's latest updates. Your contact details may also be used to send you personalized product selections related to your behavior on the site www.armenak.fr.
3 & 4 INSTALMENT PAYMENT
The payment in 3 or 4 installments system is managed and secured by the Scalapay program. It is available for purchases ranging from €100 to €2000 in all our stores and on our website, subject to eligibility.
